The knee massager is fantastic as i've used it each day since having the delivery and its working well. I used it on the next heat setting and it got hot, but another day i used it on bare skin, which wasn't a good idea as my skin got to extremely hot. The manual says not too run the unit flat, so after each couple of days i recharge using another c type that limits the charge period, so it doesn't over charge the battery.

I bought it because my knees are a bit weak due to age. Good for kneading massage use.

# Everything is fine, they were received today, Thursday, January 8th, it was marked as delivered, however, I had not received it. It was tracked with the parcel carrier, delivered to the wrong address, it was retrieved and I finally received it. I filed a request for an adjustment and refund, but now it's closed. I am a physical therapist and I work every day with infrared light and laser heat devices. This device is a LIE. Infrared light is NOT like that, it doesn't give off heat, and neither does laser light. It has a small electrical resistor under the padding shown in the photo that generates heat and doesn't touch the knee at all, but rather touches higher, on the thigh. The vibration has no effect since it only has two small vibrators on the sides that do not fit well with the shape of the knee or the tendons, so they do not provide a massage, they only vibrate. Let's put a bag of heat gel or an electric blanket on you...and it's the same, but these options are much cheaper.

The product box arrived with a dent; I hope it doesn't affect the quality and functionality of the product when I try it. I will leave new comments once I try it out. The item arrived within the indicated timeframe and the instructions are in English, which I have no issues with.
